Sour Cream Ingredients

3/4 lb Chicken breast; skinless, 12 Flour tortillas; (6-7 inch)
3 sl Bacon 1 1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese;
2 Clove Garlic; minced GARNISHES
1 1/2 c Picante sauce Lettuce; shredded
1 cn Black beans; undrained (16 Tomatos; chopped
1 lg Bell pepper; Red, chopped Sour Cream
1 ts Cumin; ground Avocado slices
1/4 ts Salt 5 lb SOUR CREAM 12 OZ
1/2 c Green Onion; Sliced

Instructions for Sour Cream

THIRTY MINUTES PRIOR TO SERVING SIX (6) CONTAINERS OF SOUR CREAM IN A 4" HALF LINE PAN AND PLACE ON THE SALAD BAR FOR SELF SERVICE. SOUR CREAM WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE SERVING PERIOD. POST AMOUNTS USED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITIO & RETURN WORKSHEET. INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PLACED IN A SUITABLE CONTAINER AND PLACED ON THE COLD BAR FOR SELF SERVICE.
