Sour Cream Apple Pie Ingredients

4 lb Chicken; beasts, cut in 1" 3 tb White vinegar,
1 Lg Cashew; nut halves or hon 1/4 c Soy sauce
Canola ; or peanut for fryin 5 lg Tart apples
2 ts Salt, 1 Pastry-lined 9" pie pan
2 Egg; beaten , 1 tb Lemon juice
1 ds Pepper, 3/4 c C and H Granulated Sugar
2 ts Corn starch, 1/3 c Flour
6 ts Soy sauce 1/4 ts Salt
2 c Water chestnuts 1 ts Cinnamon
Salt & pepper ; .to taste, 1/4 ts Nutmeg
2 ts Sugar, 1/4 c Butter or margarine
4 ts Corn starch, 1/2 c Dairy sour cream
Msg; (optional).

Instructions for Sour Cream Apple Pie

Peel and cut apples into thick slices. Arrange slices in overlapping rows in pastry-lined pie pan; sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly; spoon over apples. Spread sour cream over top. Bake in 350 F oven 50 to 55 minutes until apples are tender.
