Sour Cream Apple Pie #2 Ingredients

1 ts Chicken bouillon granules 1 c Sour cream
3/4 c Hot water 3/4 c. carrots, 1 1/2 tb Flour
1 tb Cornstarch 1/2 onion, cut 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 tb Soy sauce 1 6 oz. package 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Cold water 1 jar sliced 4 lg Granny smith apples;
2 tb Oil 1/3 c. whole cashews 2 9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 Whole chicken breasts, boned 6 tb Brown sugar
Hot cooked rice 1/2 c Flour
2 Eggs 3 tb Butter or margarine;
1/2 c Sugar

Instructions for Sour Cream Apple Pie #2

submitted by: koons@chesco.com (Sasha Koons, Malvern, Pennsylvania, USA) Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a medium bowl beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt, mix well. Add apples and toss until slices are coated thoroughly. Turn mixture into your unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes. While pie is baking, make topping. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and butter, mixing well until crumbly. After 30 minutes, remove pie from oven, and lower temperature to 350 degrees.
