- No boil lasagna noodles,
- Broken
- 1 8-1/4-oz. frozen mesquite
- Chicken tenders or one 9-oz.
- Pkg. frozen chopped cooked
- Chicken, slightly thawed
- 3 oz Reduced-fat cheddar or
- American cheese, cut into
- 3/4 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 md Green, yellow, or red sweet
- Pepper, cut into strips
- 1 oz Pepperoni, chopped
- 1 8-oz. bottle nonfat Italian
- Salad dressing
- 5 c Torn curly endive
- 1 c Red or yellow cherry
- Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1/4 ts Salt.
- 2 c Finely chopped apples
- 1 9- or 10-inch deep pie

submitted by: jarvi013@gold.tc.umn.edu Bake pie shell 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool. Combine all but apples in bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in apples. Add to cooled pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture is almost set. Topping: Mix until crumbly. Spread on pie. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
