Sour Cream Banana Bread Ingredients

2 Broiler fryers; 2-1/2 to 3	3 tb Brandy OR Cognac; warmed
Lb each; or breasts; thighs;	1/2 c Butter (1 stick)
And drumsticks only	1 c Sugar
2 tb Butter	2 Eggs
Salt and pepper	1 ts Vanilla extract
1 cn Bing cherries; pitted (1 lb)	1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Chili sauce	1 ts Baking soda
2 Chicken bouillon cubes OR	1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Chicken stock base	1 c Mashed bananas (about 3)
1/4 c Pale dry sherry	1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tb Cornstarch	1/2 c Sour cream
2 tb Water

Instructions for Sour Cream Banana Bread

Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients; mix. Add the mashed bananas, nuts and sour cream. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour. From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
