1/4 c Oil 1 pt Clams; shucked and drained
1 Chicken; 2-3 pounds cut up 1/2 lb Raw shrimp. shelled and
1/2 lb Fresh pork shoulder; cut in 2 c Canned tomatoes; undrained
1/2 lb Fillets of any white fish 2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Raw rice 1 pn Powdered saffron
2 1/2 c Water 2 sl Pimientos
1 c Cooked green peas Hot asparagus spears
