Southestern Shrimp Creole Ingredients

1/4 c Margarine or butter 1/8 ts Salt
1 md Onion, chopped 1/8 ts Pepper
1 lg Green pepper, chopped 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
1 Garlic clove, minced 1 lb Shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 pk Diced pimientos (4 oz) Cooked rice

Instructions for Southestern Shrimp Creole

In a large skillet, melt margarine; saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in pimientos, salt, pepper and RO*TEL; simmer 10 minutes.
