We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this recipe. This may replace our typical salsa. My kids can eat salsa by the spoonful but this one takes it to the next notch. We will be making this one again and again!

Take time to let this marinate as it improves the flavor a lot. I served it with fire-grilled fish and it was wonderful.
