Southwest Flan Ingredients

yolk
1 cn Sweetened condensed
milk
3
Egg
white
1 cn
Milk
2 oz
Cream cheese
1 1/2 c
Sugar
1 1/2 ts
Vanilla
Instructions for Southwest Flan
Caramelize sugar in small pan. Pour into 9" pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Add to pie plate. Place plate in shallow pan, add 1/2 " water. Bake for 70 minutes at 350F. Walt Original Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #842 by Walt Gray
