Southwestern Crabcakes Ingredients

1 pt Lump Crab Meat 2 Eggs
1 ts Each Chopped Garlic; and 2 tb Mayonnaise
1 ts Chopped Fresh Cilantro 1/4 c Plain Bread Crumbs
2 tb Each Chopped Onion; and 1 ds Worcestershire and Tabasco
1/2 Ancho Chile; Toasted, 1/4 Smoked Habanero Chile or 1/2
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper 1 ts Each Salt and White Pepper

Instructions for Southwestern Crabcakes

Mold into four patties and pan fry in 2 tbs. vegetable oil until golden on both sides. Finish in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve with ancho chile and lime mayonnaise.
