Southwestern Marinated Beef with Spicy Salsa Ingredients

2 c Olive oil 1 tb Crushed red pepper
1/2 c Vinegar; malt 1 1/2 ts Garlic; chopped
1/2 c Red wine 1/4 c Dijon mustard
1 tb Fresh rosemary; chopped 
1 1/2 ts Fresh thyme; chopped
1 ts Fresh oregano; chopped Recipe via MealMaster (tm) v8.05

Instructions for Southwestern Marinated Beef with Spicy Salsa

Title: Southwestern Meat Loaf Categories: Main dish, Hamburger, Meat loaf Yield: 8 Servings 2 lb Chopped beef 1 pk Lipton Recipe Secret Onion - Soup Mix 2 c Crushed corn flakes; or, Bran flakes (about 3 oz) 1 1/2 c Whole kernel corn -frozen or canned, drained 1 Green pepper; diced 2 Eggs 3/4 c Water 1/3 c Ketchup Salsa Preheat oven to 350 deg. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a large shallow baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1-1/2 hours or until done. Serve with prepared salsa Can also use Onion-Mushroom or Beefy Onion Soup Mix.
