R.B. - This made with the 1 1/2 pound amounts was an incredibly high light whole wheat loaf. We loved it. Can also try with other seasonings. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com NOTES : Soutines signature loaf served at Fairway or Zabars in N.Y.C Slice and spread with mustard and mayonnaise. Fill with chicken salad or smoked turkey. Lamb or beef stew taste good with it too. Bobbies Notes: This was delicious. Try with other herbs as substitute for rosemary.
