Instructions for Chicken Cantonese
Cook & debone chicken in water, reserving some broth. Chop chicken. Layer first 4 ingredients in casserole, reserving part of onion rings for top. Heat next 4 ingredients & pour over casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. LOIS MADONIA From
