Pizza Dough (Gluten Free) Ingredients

Milk
; beaten with:
1/4 ts
Xanthan gum
; optional (see

Eggs

Salt
1/3 c
Cornstarch
1/4 c
Shortening
; melted
2/3 c
Rice
flour
Instructions for Pizza Dough (Gluten Free)
Beat well. Spread this stuff on a pizza pan. Top it, and bake in a preheated 400oF oven for 25 minutes. Allegedly serves 6, although if you have pizza-starved, GF people, will probably serve about 3.
