Suggest a better descriptionMix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and olive oil., set aside. Toss spinach with dressing. Toast sesame seeds lightlty. Be careful, they burn easily. Sprinkle over spinach and toss again. Garnish with slivered peppers. NOTES : Sliver the peppers. Can also use radishes, tomatoes.
