Speedy Cream of Potato Soup Ingredients

2 tb Butter or margarine 2 1/4 c Betty Crocker Potato Buds
1 md Onion; chopped Potato mix (dry)
4 1/2 c Water Shredded cheddar cheese; if
1/2 ts Salt Chopped green onions; if
ds Pepper; if desired

Instructions for Speedy Cream of Potato Soup

Melt margarine in 2 qt saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion in margarine about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in water, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; remove from heat.
