2 c Cooked diced chicken 1/2 c Diced celery Diced roasted sweet red -peppers 1/2 c Diced green pepper 1/2 c Diced mushrooms Mayonnaise and lemon juice Mix together chicken, celery, red and green peppers and mushrooms.
