Chicken Tostadas Ingredients

2 c Lettuce	1 Jar taco sauce -- (8 oz)
2 tb Olive oil	4 Tostada shells
1 tb Lemon juice	1 3/4 c Chicken -- chopped/cooked
1 tb Vinegar	1/2 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded

Instructions for Chicken Tostadas

In a medium bowl, combine lettuce, oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, vinegar, and taco sauce. Toss to mix well. To serve, place tostada shell on each of 4 dinner plates. Divide ingredients equally among tostadas, layering in the following in order: taco sauce, chicken, and lettuce mixture. Drizzle with remaining liquid for the lettuce mixture. Top with cheese.
