Suggest a better descriptionCook the bacon till crisp. transfer to paper towels. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat from the skillet. Cook garlic in the drippings for 1 minute. Add picante sauce, lemon juice, cumin and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Combine spinach, beans, red pepper, tomato and onions in a large bowl.
