Spicy Migas Ingredients

4 tb Butter 8 Well beaten eggs
1/2 Chopped yellow onion 4 Corn tortillas; cut in
1/2 Chopped green pepper 1 c Chedder cheese
2 Jalapeno chiles; diced fine 1 c Salsa
1 Tomato; seeded, diced

Instructions for Spicy Migas

Melt butter in large saute pan, add onion and green pepper and cook about 5 min or until onions are translucent. Add jalapenos, tomato and eggs, scramble until eggs start to set.
