Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 F. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise, then into sticks 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and lay sweet potatoes on sheet.Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Bake 40 minutes or until browned and crisped, watching carefully so that they dont burn. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
