Suggest a better descriptionsubmitted by: GR96231953@WESLEY.IT.EMERSON.EDU Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray foil-covered cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Toss potatoes in seasoning. Put on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, turning once, or until brown and crisp. NOTES: These are AWESOME substitues for french fries. I like to toss them twice with seasoned salt and once with garlic powder, but you could really use any seasonings you wanted to. Also, I toss it once at 10 minutes and then check it again in 5 or 6 minutes. They usually dont take the full 20 minutes. Amy Lampert, GR96231953@emerson.edu, Brookline, MA DAVE
