Plum Delicious Pork Cutlets Ingredients

1 tb Cooking oil	1/4 c White wine vinegar
1 lb Boneless pork leg cutlets	2 ts Soy sauce
1 Jar (8-oz) plum	1 ts Ground ginger
1/2 Chopped onion
