Plum Duff Cake Ingredients

2 lg Egg 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
2/3 c Shortening 2/3 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Baking Soda 1/2 c Milk
2 ts Baking Powder 2 c Wild Plums; Cooked
2 3/4 c Flour

Instructions for Plum Duff Cake

Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside. Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat thorough- ly. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and plums.
