Chicken-Cucumber Salad Ingredients

1 c Uncooked macaroni	1/4 ts Pepper
3/4 c Mayonnaise or salad	1 L/2 Cups cut-up cooked
1 tb Finely chopped onion	1 c Chopped cucumber
1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Chicken-Cucumber Salad

Many macaroni shapes are now available. Choose from spiral, bow-tie, elbow. ring or shell macaroni. Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Toss with macaroni, chicken and cucumber Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. 4 servings. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska.
