Chickpea Puree Ingredients

3 Cloves garlic; chunked 1 ds Ground cumin
1/4 c Slice green onions 1 ds Turmeric
1/4 c (packed) fresh parsley 1 Lemon; juice of
3 Grinds fresh black pepper; 1 ds Tamari or soy sauce
1 ds Cayenne pepper 1 cn (16-oz) chickpeas; rinsed

Instructions for Chickpea Puree

Add the rest of the ingredients and process til desired consistency is reached - just a little for a chunky puree, quite awhile for a creamy puree.
