Chile Corn Bake Ingredients

2 c Yellow cornmeal 2 pk (10-oz. each) Frozen corn,
1 c Milk 2 c Diced red peppers
4 Eggs 1 cn (4-oz.) ORTEGA diced green
2 ts Baking powder 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 ts Salt x Sour cream and/or sliced

Instructions for Chile Corn Bake

In medium bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in corn, red peppers, chiles and cheese. Pour into lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until firm. Cool slightly. Serve hot topped with sour cream and green onions, if desired.
