Spicy Potato Soup Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef	4 c Water
4 c Potatoes, peeled, in 1/2"	2 ts Salt
1 sm Onion, chopped	1 1/2 ts Pepper
24 oz Tomato sauce	1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce (up to 1)

Instructions for Spicy Potato Soup

In a Dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef. Drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper nad hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened. Yield: 2 quarts, serves 6-8.
