Spicy Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients

4 c Thinly sliced Potatoes 1 Pepper
1 Salt 1/2 cn 1/4 to 1/2 cn. Roi-tel
3 tb Margarine Tomat
1 Thinly sliced Onion

Instructions for Spicy Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In lightly oiled casserol dish place layer of potatoes, salt, pepper & lightly sprinkle with flour, then place layer of onions. Alternate potatoes, onions until all are used. Heat milk, margarine & chopped Roi-tel tomatoes & green chiles. Pour liquid over potatoes, cover with foil & bake one hour.
