Spinach Apple Salad Ingredients

2 tb Cider vinegar	1/4 c Sweet onions; chopped
2 tb Vegetable oil	1/4 c Raisins
1/4 ts Salt	2 c Fresh spinach; torn
1/4 ts Sugar	2 c Romaine lettuce; torn
1 c Unpeeled apple; diced

Add apple, onion and raisins; toss lightly to coat. Cover and let stand for 10 min. Just before serving, combine spinach and romaine in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Yield: 4-6 servings.
