Chili Dip #4 Ingredients

1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese	1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Mayonnaise	2 ts Fresh chives; chopped
1/2 c Cottage cheese	1 cn (4-oz) green chili peppers

Instructions for Chili Dip #4
