Poached Oreo Dory Ingredients

1 c Water	1 Bay leaf
1/2 c White wine	1 1/2 ts Tarragon
2 tb Chopped onion	1 1/4 ts Thyme
2 tb Chopped celery	1 lb Oreo dory fillets
2 Peppercorns	Lemon wedges
1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Poached Oreo Dory

In skillet, place all ingredients except fish & lemon wedges. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat & simmer 30 minutes. Add fillets in single layer, cover & poach 2 minutes. Remove to warm platter & serve with lemon wedges. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
