Spinach Pieta Ingredients

6 pk (10 Oz.) chopped spinach; 18 Eggs; well beaten
3 lb Cheddar cheese; cut into 6 lb Sm. curd cottage cheese
2 tb Salt 1 c Flour

Instructions for Spinach Pieta

Add flour to beaten eggs and beat until smooth. Add spinach, cheese, cottage cheese and salt. Mix well. Pour into two 12 x 20 x 2 greased stainless pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 48 to 60 servings. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 24, 1998
