Spinach Salad Ingredients

1 lb Spinach, cleaned, patted (again, as many as you have)
Dry, torn into pieces 1 Sliced red onion, optional
Sliced raw mushrooms, (as DRESSING
Much as you can afford!) 1/2 pt Sour cream
6 Slices bacon, fried, 3 tb Lemon juice
Drained, and crumbled 1 Envelope Good Seasons GARLIC
6 Hardboiled eggs, chilled CHEESE dressing mix (no

Instructions for Spinach Salad

Mix the dressing ingredients, let stand while you prepare the other ingredients. Toss and serve. This recipe is one of the most requested I have.
