Chili/oamc Ingredients

1 1/2 c Ground beef, extra lean -- 1 cn Red beans -- with juice
Cooked 1 cn Great northern beans -- with
1 c Bulgur Juice
1 c Onion 1 cn Garbanzo beans -- with
1 qt Stewed tomatoes Juice
8 oz Tomato sauce 1 cn Blackeyed peas -- with
1 c Salsa Juice
1 cn Kidney beans -- with juice 1 tb Chili powder -- or more
1 cn Pinto beans -- with juice 1/4 c Cornstarch -- optional

Instructions for Chili/oamc

Combine all ingredients and freeze. When thawed, simmer over low heat for 35-40 minutes. Per 1/10 portion: (1 1/2 cups) 427 calories, 7 fat grams.
