Pol Sambol (Coconut Sambol) Ingredients

75 g Coconut 1/2 ts Salt
25 g Onion 2 ts Lime juice
1/4 ts Chilli powder 1 ts Paprika

Instructions for Pol Sambol (Coconut Sambol)

Grate the coconut and chop the onion. Place the coconut in a bowl and add the onion, chilli powder salt, lime juice and paprika powder. Mix well. Note : If fresh coconut is not available, mix dessicated coconut with 3 tsps milk and use as above.
