Chinese Pepper Steak Ingredients
1 lb Round
Steak
, cut into thin
1/4 ts
Pepper
2 To 3 T
Olive Oil
1/2 cn Consomme, undiluted
1/2 c
Onion
s, chopped
1 tb
Cornstarch
3 Cloves
Garlic
, chopped
2 tb Water
2 Green
pepper
s, cut into thin
2 ts
Soy Sauce
1/2 c
Celery
, chopped
Instructions for Chinese Pepper Steak
Saute steak in oil until brown. Add next six ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Blend cornstarch with water and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture and stir just until thickened.
