Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese Ingredients

1 pk (6-oz) cream cheese 2 Lemons; juice of
1/2 md Onion; grated 1 ds Tabasco
1 -(up to) 1 pk (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef

Instructions for Chipped Beef and Cream Cheese

Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef. Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls.
