Chocolate Chip/oatmeal Cookies Ingredients

2 c Butter	5 c Oatmeal
2 c Brown sugar	1 ts Salt
2 c Sugar	2 ts Soda
4 Eggs	2 ts Baking powder

4 c Flour	8 oz German Chocolate (chopped or

Instructions for Chocolate Chip/oatmeal Cookies

Measure oatmeal and then blend in blender or food processor to a fine powder (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, German chocolate, and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet.
