Chocolate Drop Cookies Ingredients

1 1/2 c Jiffy? buttermilk complete	1/4 c Butter or margarine softened
1/2 c Butterscotch ice cream	1 Egg
1/2 c Peanut butter	1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions for Chocolate Drop Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Blend ice cream topping, peanut butter, butter or margarine and egg. 3. Add Pancake Mix and chocolate chips to above mixture. 4. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful approximately 2 apart onto a cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until light golden brown. Recipe by: JIFFY?
