Chocolate Orange Cake Ingredients

Pam spray	1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg	3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Lowfat buttermilk	1 c Self-rising flour
2 ts Very ripe bananas	1 ts Baking soda
2 tb Orange juice	1/2 c Tiny semisweet chocolate
1 ts Finely grated orange peel	Cocoa powder and orange peel

Coat a bundt pan or 8x8 inch pan with Pam. beat egg for 2 -3 minutes at medium speed. Gradually add sugar, beat constantly. Add the remaining ingredients except garnish. Mix gently. Pour into the bundt and bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely, turn out on a plate and sprinkle with cocoa and orange peel.
