Chocolate Orange Frosting Ingredients

1/4 c Butter	1 ts Vanilla
4 c Powdered sugar	1 tb Freshly grated orange peel
4 Squares semi-sweet	1/2 c Milk

Instructions for Chocolate Orange Frosting
