Chocolate Satin Pie Ingredients

1 1/2 c Undiluted evaporated milk 1 Prepared 8-inch choc. crumb
2 Egg yolks Crust
2 c Nestle toll house semi sweet Whipped cream
Choc. morsels Chopped nuts

Instructions for Chocolate Satin Pie

whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in 2-quart sauce pan. heat over mediun-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly. DO NOT BOIL. Loved this pie. I might use half semi-sweet chocolate and half milk chocolate next time, not for myself, but for hubby; he prefers milk chocolate to semi-sweet. I'll take chocolate in any form or fashion. Thanks for sharing.

I have made this recipe before. This is the simplest recipe to do and tastes wonderful..Always be sure to follow directions as stated. You can also get the kids to help you.
