Cilantro Potato Salad Ingredients

1 c Mayonnaise	Freshly ground black pepper
3/4 c Cilantro leaves	2 lb Small new potatoes,; cooked
1 tb Minced garlic	1/3 c Finely minced onions
1 ts Salt

Instructions for Cilantro Potato Salad

In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise with cilantro, garlic, salt and 7 turns black pepper. Add potatoes and onions and toss to combine thoroughly; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
