Cilantro Salsa Ingredients

2 Tomatoes; diced	1 ts Grated lime peel
1 sm Cucumber; peeled and chopped	1 sm Green pepper; diced
1 sm Red onion; diced	1 ds Hot sauce; up to 2
1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro	Salt and pepper; to taste

Instructions for Cilantro Salsa

Blend all ingredients to desired chunkiness and chill overnight.
