Cinnamon-Raisin Scone Sticks Ingredients

2 1/2 c Reduced fat baking mix (such 1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c Raisins 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Skim milk

Instructions for Cinnamon-Raisin Scone Sticks

Date: Wed, 12 Jun 1996 08:21:19 -0500 From: "Crystal D. Davis" Source: Houston Chronicle Heat over to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, raisins, milk, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix and roll dough in baking mix to coat. Knead dough 5 times. Roll into a 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut crosswise into 10 1-inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Makes 10. EAT-L DIGEST 11 JUNE 1996 From the EAT-L recipe list.
