*NOTE: Original recipe used 1/4 C olive oil. Squeeze oranges and lemons to each yield 1/2 C juice. Place in bowl or plastic food storage bag with next five ingredients. Place turkey breast in marinade; turn to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs or overnight, turning occasionally. Heat oven to 450 F. Remove turkey to rack set in roasting pan; reserve marinade. Roast turkey 20 min; reduce oven temp to 350F. Roast 1 hr more, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork and thermometer inserted, not touching bone, reaches 170F. While roasting, brush every 20 min with remaining marinade, but do not brush during the last 5 min of cooking. Work time: 10 min Total time: 1 hr 45 min (plus marinating time) This has a wonderful flavor!! We really enjoyed it.
