Instructions for Clams with Black Beans - 4th Princess Connie Woo
Notes: From Hawaiian Electric Kitchen. Thoroughly wash clams; drain. In a wok or skillet, heat the salad oil; brown garlic. Stir in black beans. Add clams and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add broth, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cover and cook for about 1 minute. Combine cornstarch and water. When clams are open, thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture. Add green onions before serving. Garnish with Chinese parsley. Makes 4 servings. Posted to recipelu-digest by ncanty@juno.com (Nadia I Canty) on Mar 25, 1998
