Clay Baker Meat Loaf Ingredients
1 lb
Ground beef
1 c Dry
bread crumbs
1 lb Minced
pork
1 md
Onion
; chopped
1 ts
Salt
2 Cloves
garlic
; chopped
Pepper
; (to taste)
1/2 c Ice water
2
Eggs
1/2 c
Tomato
juice
Instructions for Clay Baker Meat Loaf
Combine all ingredients except tomato juice. Mix well and pat into clay baker, then pour over tomato juice. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours. Posted to KitMailbox Digest by J Pellegrino
