Coconut and Peanut Butter Sauce Ingredients
3/4 c Unsweetened
coconut milk
1/2 ts
Lemon
peel; shredded
1/4 c
Peanut butter
1/2 ts
Fish sauce
or 1/2 teaspoon
1 md Green chili
pepper
; seeded,
Milk
1 tb
Cilantro
; snipped
Instructions for Coconut and Peanut Butter Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk.
